Step 1: Onsite Evaluation
During this scheduled visit our networking expert will evaluate your current network infrastructure, including all connected computers and devices. They will make recommendations on optimal equipment placement, making the equipment tamper-proof, if any additional cabling is required, and how to sufficiently cover your entire business with fast, reliable and secure WiFi. They will also discuss any special security requirements, if guest WiFi is needed, and if your current internet package is providing adequate speed.
Step 2: Installation
Installations take less than one day to complete, typically requiring 4–8 hours depending on the network’s size. We know that any downtime can be disruptive, so we provide flexible hours to accommodate your workflow. During which the network performance, security and reliability are rigorously tested. This includes calibrating and testing the wireless access points to provide the best possible WiFi coverage for you and your guests devices.
Step 3: Remote Management
Remote cloud management is an essential part of ensuring that your network remains secure and reliable. Following every installation our network expert will periodically remotely monitor your new network’s performance, reliability and security for up to one week. This helps guarantee that your new network continues performing at its best well into the future. We can also provide quarterly network evaluations that allow us to remotely update your equipment’s firmware and check for any possible network intrusions.
